Stainless Steel Hoses over SS tubes ?
Stainless Steel Hoses are often preferred over stainless steel tubes due to their excellent flexibility and ease of installation in complex piping systems. In many industrial applications, equipment and assemblies require connections in cross-linked, curved, or restricted layouts, where rigid tubing becomes difficult to install. This is why SS Braided Hose Assemblies are widely accepted and extensively used across various industries.
At Empex Stainless, our Stainless Steel Braided Hoses provide an ideal solution for applications involving vibration, movement, thermal expansion, and space constraints. While SS hoses offer outstanding flexibility and convenience, one limitation is that they are generally not recommended for extremely high-pressure applications above 4000 PSI, where rigid tubing or specialized high-pressure systems may be more suitable.
