Instrument Bleed Valve
Bleed Valves are designed to safely vent signal line pressure to the atmosphere before removing instruments and to assist in the calibration of control devices. They play a critical role in maintaining safety and accuracy in instrumentation systems.
Our Instrument Bleed Valves are available in a wide range of materials and end connections to suit diverse industrial requirements. Built for durability and leak-free performance, they are engineered to handle pressure ratings up to 10,000 psig (689 bar) at 100°F (37°C). Sizes are available from 1/8″ to 3/4″ for both tubing and piping systems, with threading options including NPT, BSP, and Weld connections.
We offer Bleed Valves in Stainless Steel 316, Carbon Steel, Brass, Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, Titanium, Monel, and other special grades upon request, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and reliable operation in demanding environments.
