How It Works
Double Ferrule Fittings operate on the proven principle of mechanical swaging. When the nut is tightened using a spanner, the front and back ferrules compress and grip the tube securely. The front ferrule forms a strong, leak-proof seal on the tube and fitting body, while the back ferrule provides additional holding strength and vibration resistance. Each Double Ferrule Compression Fitting consists of four precision components: the body, front ferrule, back ferrule, and nut. This design ensures a reliable, high-pressure, and leak-tight connection across a wide range of applications.
