Our gauge valves are supplied with a standard pressure rating of 413 bar (6,000 PSI) and can also be offered with higher ratings up to 689 bar (10,000 PSI) to meet demanding service conditions.

A Multiport Gauge Valve is essentially a single isolation needle valve designed with more than one outlet port. Typically, one port is used for installing the pressure gauge, while the additional port connects to the process line, allowing simultaneous pressure monitoring and isolation within the same assembly.
This configuration is a widely adopted and practical method for installing gauges in process lines, as it simplifies piping layout and reduces the need for multiple fittings. Multiport gauge valves can also be supplied with solid plugs or bleeder plugs, depending on application requirements, offering added flexibility and safe pressure venting options.

Block and Bleed Type Gauge Valves
Block and Bleed Type Gauge Valves are designed to perform both isolation (block) and venting (bleed) functions within a single compact unit, offering greater control compared to multiport gauge valves.
One side of the valve is connected to the process flow line, while the other side is connected to the pressure gauge. The integrated plug or bleed screw allows safe venting of trapped pressure, enabling calibration, maintenance, or gauge removal without disturbing the main process line.
This design enhances safety, simplifies installation, and ensures reliable pressure monitoring in instrumentation systems.
