Our needle valves are engineered for demanding conditions, with pressure ratings up to 10,000 PSI. PTFE-seated valves operate within a temperature range of -50°C to 190°C, and for higher temperature applications, valves with PEEK seats are also available.

Every needle valve from Instrumentation Fittings is 100% factory tested, including hydrostatic testing. Material Test Certificates (MTC) and compliance reports are available on request, along with NACE MR0175 certification for sour service applications.
